Do you get easily Anxious, Irritated, or Emotional in certain situations?

Has it negatively impacted your relationships with family, friends or colleagues?

Or does it stop you from being the best version of yourself in moments that matter?

Maybe you choke on the work meeting? Or your brain freezes during a job interview?

Do emotions stop you from making decisions?

Or do you tend to overreact with your colleagues, kids, waiters etc?

The irony is that after this happens, we tend to feel guilty or ashamed and even promise not to act like this again.

But it repeats again, holding us back from our real potential.
Why do we keep repeating this?
There are several reasons, but here are the main ones:

-
Patterns learned from parents or caregivers: Think back—do you notice similarities between your reactions and those who took care of you when you were a child?
-
Unresolved emotions or past traumas: Suppressed anger, sadness, or anxiety can build up over time and need to be released.
-
Feeling out of control in certain situations. In this case, think back again, to how your parents or close ones acted when losing control
-
Lack of sleep or prolonged stress magnifies these symptoms even more

Emotions and reactions are always triggered by an event, situation, or thought. Triggers can be external or internal.
Often, a trigger unconsciously activates a pattern we learned in childhood from others. This creates a vicious cycle, as shown in the diagram below.

How to change it?
Solution depends on every specific case but normally it would include below:
-
Understanding and changing the patterns learnt from others
-
Healing past traumas and unresolved emotions, that are linked to specific case
-
Deep relaxation and applying it in target situations
-
Learning new ways of acting and thinking

A good starting point is to start noticing situations and triggers, where it happens, and understanding the vicious cycle described above. We’re usually unaware of this cycle—it just happens. Understanding where it comes from is the first big step towards changing it.
Hypnosis combined with Cognitive Behavioral psychology has proven to be very efficient to deal with these issues.

Read, what others have to say
To share with you some result. I have some disagreement with people, but I see that I stand with myself now. Even if I made a mistake, I acknowledge it and still stand with myself. I don't sabotage myself anymore.

I love my kids but sometimes they really put my nerves to the test. The times I overreacted, I always felt guilt after that. Having done sessions with you, my reactions have changed. I'm able to smile and handle situation calmly. They are just kids and I'm so happy to be their mother.

I can see the difference already after just 3 sessions. I always used to get very tense in groups of people, even if it was just 3 or 4 people. I was too tense even to think clearly. Thanks to your sessions, I feel much calmer in groups and can even sometimes enjoy it and express myself more freely. Thank you for this!
Liam
I don't get drained anymore so much from my work. I handle the conflicts in a calm manner now, without putting too much emotion to it. And somehow it works.
