Background
Now, my background might seem a bit unexpected. You see, I've got an IT background. It all began with me starting my own web design company, which, well, let's just say, hit a bump in the road eventually. I've also had my fair share of corporate and startup experiences. So, I totally get the ups and downs of work life – the struggle is real.
My Journey
But here's the interesting part: my fascination with the inner workings of the mind has been with me for as long as I can remember. Things got pretty serious about 11 years ago when I found myself battling burnout, depression, and anxiety, which often led to panic attacks. That's when I sought help from a psychotherapist. Coincidentally, he was one of the few therapists at the time who dabbled in hypnotherapy and taught self-hypnosis and visualization techniques. Thanks to him, I learned to find peace and relaxation in my body by harnessing the power of my mind and suggestions. It was my first eye-opener to the incredible potential of visualization. I also ventured into the world of yoga, gaining insights into our inner world, emotions, and conceptions. I've even completed Ingvar Villido's Practical Consciousness 4 stages and the Agama Yoga Intensive program.

My approach heavily relies on visualization, relaxation, and the effective release of pent-up emotions. Additionally, if needed, we will work together to tackle negative self-talk and beliefs.
