Everything begins within. For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a pull to look inward and try to understand the deeper workings of the inner world. But one of the biggest turning points in my life happened about 13 years ago. At the time, I was working an office job in a large corporation—living a life that looked fine from the outside, but didn’t feel aligned inside. Then something shifted. A decision rose up from within me: I wanted to be free. Freedom! Even if I couldn’t fully define it yet, I knew I needed it.

So I made a bold move. I left my corporate career, packed my bags, and set off to travel through Asia—eventually deciding to stay and build a life there.

Was such a drastic change necessary to become free?

​

No, not necessarily. Because real freedom is internal—it’s about understanding yourself and freeing yourself from the unconscious patterns that run your life. But for me, that external break was the catalyst I needed. Alongside changing my surroundings, I dove deep into inner work. I explored and practiced meditation, yoga, psychology, hypnosis, family constellations, Reiki, and more—all in search of inner clarity, freedom, and a more authentic relationship with myself.

Why hypnotherapy?

In 2021, I already felt I had a solid understanding of the inner world—how people think, feel, and change—and I knew I wanted to go deeper so I could help others on their own journeys. By then, it had become clear to me that this was my calling. I chose hypnotherapy as my main tool because the results it can bring can be incredible.

I trained at The UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy and became certified in 2023. The school, led by Mark Davis, places strong emphasis on evidence-based methods—on what actually works. It also blends in powerful techniques from cognitive-behavioral psychology, which are further enhanced through hypnosis. This gave me a solid foundation, but in practice I also trust my intuition deeply and tailor each session to the individual client. Over time, I’ve also come to recognize and develop certain psychic abilities, which I use to help uncover the true root causes of a problem—often going far beyond the surface.

You’re welcome to reach out to me with any concerns, even if you’re not quite sure what’s wrong—just a sense that things aren’t quite flowing as they should. My background in both corporate and startup environments also helps me understand the pressures of modern work life, performance anxiety, and the stress of trying to succeed.

What to expect?

As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable opening up. In our sessions, we first work to understand the problem at its core, then set a goal to move toward. During hypnosis, we always stick to what we’ve agreed upon, and you remain aware of everything happening. I close each session with positive suggestions, so even when we’ve worked through emotional material, people usually leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered.
