Sessions consist of a conversation between us, where I help you discover new perspectives and ways of thinking using primarily cognitive-behavioral methods. This is combined with hypnotherapy, which helps effectively reinforce and integrate new thought and behavior patterns through experience, while also releasing tension and emotional blocks.

Based on both scientific research and my own experience, noticeable change can usually be achieved within 3 to 6 sessions. Of course, the outcome depends on the depth of the issue, the person’s motivation, and other individual factors. According to various studies, the results are lasting in over 85% of cases.
