6sense CBH™ Method
You have probably analysed yourself, either on your own or with someone’s help, and perhaps even understood the reasons behind your struggles on an intellectual level. But this alone has not created real change, because understanding by itself is not enough.
Perhaps you have taken part in practices that involve energy work on the body level. You may have felt a deep sense of release during these experiences, yet later, when returning to “everyday life,” your old state and patterns of behaviour gradually return.
It is also possible that you have journeyed back into your childhood and healed your inner child, yet the changes in real life remain limited.
The reason is that many methods focus on only one aspect. For example, in spiritual practices your inner dialogue and the way you will behave as your new self in the future may be left aside, or you are expected to deal with these parts on your own.
If change does not happen on the level of thinking and behaviour, positive results often do not last.

Body and energy work are valuable and necessary for change, but for real results, thinking and behaviour in everyday situations must also change.
It is equally important that the person understands the change on a conscious level.
It will not be just a vague sense of “release.”

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Intention. We define the change you want to move towards. By the end of therapy, it will be clearly measurable whether you have achieved it.
2. Inner Obstacle. We identify what in your inner world is preventing you from living a full and meaningful life.
3. 6sense CBH Method. We work both energetically and on the level of the mind, with the aim of creating change here and now.
4. Transformation. Real change has taken place in your everyday life — you feel better or behave in a new way.
This is not about changing something in the past and
then simply hoping life improves afterwards.
We also work directly with creating real change in your everyday life.
