I’ve done three hypnotherapy sessions with Gert focused on motivation, with one session left. Even after just three sessions, I can already feel a clear change. Gert’s hypnosis is not extremely deep or emotional. Instead, it is guided by conversation, where we look for answers together and use hypnosis to plant images. (This may be because my topic was motivation.) At first, the changes were subtle and hard to notice, but over time, those images started to feel more solid and rooted. Gert is especially helpful with motivation, combining hypnosis with cognitive and behavioral guidance. I’ve struggled with laziness for a long time, and about two and a half weeks after starting the sessions, my daily life feels noticeably brighter. Sometimes we don’t understand why to pay so much for therapy or think how it may make our lives better. For me, it’s an investment in myself, the same as it is for physical health, education, and quality of life. Or a simple calculation: how much money would go to smoking in 1, 5, 10 years if I didn’t stop now? Or how much money would I spend in the near future on my physical and mental health problems because I would reach burnout, have really unhealthy habits, etc. And above everything else (the part I can’t value in money)—being truly happy and truly enjoying life
