​Thanks to Gert's hypnosis sessions, I really recovered my sleep to normal again. And I realized, that sleep really depends on our mental conditions. Hello! I am Gert and I am happy to see you on this page. Just like a tree, for it to proudly grow branches and bear fruit, it first needs a strong trunk for this. The same is true for people. Therefore, my mission is to help you understand what this root is and help you adapt to it. And then you can start to happily grow branches in vitality. My ability to read your energy field helps you understand the root cause, and hypnosis combined with cognitive-behavioural psychology helps influence your subconscious, thereby effectively creating change.
