You Might Be Experiencing Moderate Social Anxiety

Based on your answers, it looks like you may be dealing with moderate social anxiety.

Note: This is not a medical diagnosis. For an accurate assessment, it’s important to consult with a licensed therapist or mental health professional.

This often shows up as:

-
Feeling nervous or self-conscious in social situations
-
Occasionally avoiding conversations or events
-
Hesitating to speak up in groups or meetings
-
Experiencing some physical symptoms like sweating or a racing heart
-
Finding it challenging to express yourself comfortably around others
-
Feeling drained after social interactions

These feelings can make daily social or work activities more difficult than they need to be — but help is available.
You’re Not Alone – And There Is a Way Forward
Many people experience this kind of anxiety — and many have successfully moved past it.

Imagine being able to:

-
Feel more relaxed in social situations
-
Speak up in work meetings or team gatherings
-
Stay centered when all eyes are on you
-
Share your thoughts in an open office without overthinking
-
Conserve your energy for what really matters
-
Build stronger personal and professional relationships

How Can You Get There?
In our work together, we’ll follow a simple but powerful process to help you:

-
Learn to relax in social situations through hypnotherapy
-
Express yourself more freely and naturally
-
Shift unhelpful beliefs into more supportive thought patterns
-
Practice applying these changes in real-life situations

Why Hypnotherapy?
Many people with social anxiety find hypnotherapy to be one of the most effective tools available.
It helps you:

-
Mentally rehearse social situations in a way that feels safe and empowering
-
Access deep relaxation and inner calm
-
Begin changing automatic thoughts and emotional responses at the subconscious level
In client feedback, a large majority report a meaningful reduction in social anxiety after a series of sessions.

Still Not Sure It Could Work For You?
That’s totally normal.

Many people feel this way at first —

“I’m sure hypnosis works for others, but I’m not convinced it will work for me.”

And yet, once they begin the process, many are surprised at how much relief and confidence they gain — especially when they stick with it.

Let’s talk about what’s possible — and how I can support you in making it happen.
Hello, I'm Gert Tomson
My mission for 2025 is simple: to help as many people as possible overcome social anxiety. I know what it takes, and I’m fully committed to supporting you every step of the way.
I hold a Level 5 Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy, a qualification accredited by The UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy and I have several years of experience working with social anxiety.

But more importantly, many people find it easy to work with me and feel they can trust me. Here are some testimonials below.

Read, what others have to say
I honestly didn’t think anything could help me. I’ve struggled with social anxiety for at least 15 years, since I was a teenager. I had tried different approaches before, but none of them made a real difference. I was quite skeptical.
Gert’s approach felt surprisingly simple — but it turned out to be the one that really helped me move forward. I’d recommend working with Gert to anyone who finds social situations difficult.

I’ve started chatting with some of my colleagues randomly, and even making small talk with the security guard at my building or a shop assistant. It might seem like a small thing, but it feels amazing.

I could already see a difference after just three sessions. I used to get very tense in groups — even with just three or four people — to the point where I couldn’t think clearly. Thanks to the sessions, I feel much calmer around others, and I can even enjoy being in a group and express myself more freely. I’m really grateful for this!

I didn’t even know I had social anxiety — I just thought I was shy in groups. But it was holding me back in my career. After taking a test and learning I might have mild social anxiety, I decided to try hypnotherapy. The results have been incredible. I’m now able to share my opinions in work meetings, and just last week, I even started giving workshops at my company — something I never imagined I’d do. Thank you!
